1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Quokka, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Quokka is a lightweight habit-building app designed to encourage small, daily emotional resets through curated prompts, smile exercises, and streaks.

Quokka is not a medical service, therapy tool, or mental health treatment.

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please seek help from a qualified professional.

The app uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data and Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic information. This data is used solely to improve app quality, fix bugs, and understand feature usage. No personal content is ever collected or transmitted. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Quokka, you agree to:

  • •Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app
  • •Not use the app in any way that violates applicable laws

4. Limitation of Liability

Quokka is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. No Guarantees of Emotional Outcomes

Quokka is designed to encourage positive micro-habits, but we make no guarantees about emotional outcomes, mood improvement, or psychological benefits. Everyone's experience is different, and results will vary.

6. Changes to Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of Quokka at any time. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes, but we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.

7. Termination

You may stop using Quokka at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated, though we hope it never comes to that.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Quokka shall be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
