Privacy Policy

Anonymous usage analytics. We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous event data (e.g., which features are used, app opens, session duration) to understand how people use Quokka and improve the experience. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.

Crash reports. We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash logs and diagnostic data when the app encounters an error. This includes device state, stack traces, and device identifiers needed to diagnose issues. Crash data helps us fix bugs and improve app stability.

Device information. Standard device metadata collected through Apple frameworks and Firebase (device type, OS version, app version) for compatibility, crash diagnosis, and debugging purposes.

No user content is collected. We do not collect, store, or transmit your prompt responses, photos, or any personal content you create in the app.

The anonymous data we collect is used exclusively to:

• •Monitor app stability across devices and OS versions

We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way.

Quokka uses the following third-party services:

• •Apple CloudKit — for optional cloud sync, if you enable it

These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Anonymous analytics data is retained according to Firebase Analytics' default retention policies. Crash reports collected by Firebase Crashlytics are retained for 90 days.

All user-created content (prompt responses, photos, streaks) is stored locally on your device. If you enable CloudKit sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account — not on our servers.
